Our brief was to assess the change maturity of a Federal Government corporation and establish a fit for purpose Centre of Excellence for change (complete with frameworks, tools, methods, governance structures) in readiness to support a once in a generation transformation.
Blue Seed was also engaged to provide consultants on each of the delivery programs and lift change leadership capability to better equip the organisations leaders to lead themselves and others through an intense period of change.
Over the last 12 months, the Centre of Excellence has been established, highly capable and experienced change leads have been embedded in key programs and there is robust governance in place to manage change across the portfolio and PMO. 97% of leaders and teams undertook our change leadership training with very positive results and we established a rigorous strategic communications function which has led to significant improvement in employee engagement.
